The title compound was prepared from (R)-6-(3-hydroxypropyl)-6-phenyl-3-((S)-1-(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl)ethyl)-1,3-oxazinan-2-one and 4-bromo-2-hydroxypyridine following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 30 Step 2. LC-MS Method 2 tR=1.019 min, m/z=865.4; 1H NMR (CDCl3) 1.29-1.40 (m, 1H), 1.49 (d, 3H), 1.60-1.72 (m, 1H), 1.83-2.01 (m, 3H), 2.18 (m, 1H), 2.21-2.37 (m, 2H), 2.88 (m, 1H), 3.51 (m, 2H), 5.63 (m, 1H), 6.41 (d, 1H), 6.68 (s, 1H), 6.90 (d, 2H), 7.21-7.33 (m, 7H), 7.39 (d, 1H).
