3-(4-Chloro-2-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-4-methoxy-phenylamine was treated with 3-Acetylphenyl isocyanate in a similar manner as described in Example 1.53, providing 3.7 mg (6%) of Compound 35 (Note: Compound 35 did not precipitate out. Therefore, the CH2Cl2 was removed under reduced pressure, the residue was dissolved in 5 mL DMSO, and purified by preparative HPLC): LCMS m/z (%)=401 (M+H37Cl, 27), 399 (M+H35Cl, 100). 1H NMR (400 MHz, acetone-d6) δ: 8.91 (s, 1H). 8.80 (s, 1H), 8.23 (s, 1H), 7.84 (d, J=8 Hz, 1H), 7.75 (dd, J1=12 Hz, J2=3 Hz, 1H), 7.62 (d, J=8 Hz, 1H), 7.56 (d, J=4 Hz, 1H), 7.49 (s, 1H), 7.43 (t, J=8 Hz, 1H), 7.16 (d, J=8 Hz, 1H), 3.84 (s, 3H), 3.69 (s, 3H), 3.42 (s, 3H).
