To a solution of 3-(4-bromo-2-isopropyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-4-methoxy-phenylamine (0.08 g, 0.258 mmol) in CH2Cl2, was added 3-chloro-4-fluoro phenyl isocyanate (0.045 g, 0.263 mmol) and stirred overnight. The resulting precipitate was filtered and washed with methylene chloride/hexane (1:1), and dried in vacuo to yield Compound 52 as a colorless solid (0.067 g, 54%). LCMS m/z (%)=485 M+H+ (81Br 37Cl, 30), 483 M+H+ (81Br 35Cl, 100), 481 M+H+ (79Br 35Cl, 72), 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ: 7.7 (s, 1H), 7.4 (d, J=1.8 Hz, 1H), 7.3 (d, J=1.8 Hz, 1H), 7.25 (s, 1H), 7.1-6.8 (m, 3H), 4.3 (m, 1H), 3.8 (s, 3H), 1.5 (d, J=6.61 Hz, 3H), 1.3 (d, J=6.61 Hz, 3H).
