3-(4-Chloro-2-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-4-methoxy-phenylamine (55 mg, 0.23 mmol) was treated with 3-Cyanophenyl isocyanate (37 mg, 0.26 mmol) in a similar manner to Example 1.53, providing 57 mg (65%) of Compound 109: LCMS m/z (%)=382 (M+H35Cl, 100), 384 (M+H37Cl, 38). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ: 9.02 (s, 1H), 8.85 (s, 1H), 7.98 (t, 1H), 7.68 (d, J=8 Hz, 1H), 7.62 (s, 1H), 7.59 (dd, J1=12 Hz, J2=2 Hz, 1H), 7.50 (t, 1H), 7.42 (t, 1H), 7.42 (d, J=4 Hz, 1H), 7.18 (d, J=8 Hz, 1H), 3.78 (s, 3H), 3.62 (s, 3H).
