4-(2-Dimethylamino-ethoxy)-3-(2-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-phenylamine (26.0 mg, 0.1 mmol) was treated with 4-fluorophenyl isocyanate (11.8 μL, 0.105 mmol) in a similar manner as described in Example 1.2 to afford Compound 142 as a white solid in 66.4% yield. LCMS m/z (%)=398 (M+H, 100). 1H NMR (400 MHz, acetone-d6) δ: 8.33 (s, 1H), 8.25 (s, 1H), 7.61-7.56 (m, 3H), 8.49 (s, 1H), 7.42 (s, 1H), 7.11-7.04 (m, 3H), 6.24 (s, 1H), 4.11 (t, J=5.85 Hz, 2H), 3.77 (s, 3H), 2.62 (t, J=5.85 Hz, 2H), 2.20 (s, 6H).
