To a solution of 111g (100 mg, 0.14 mmol) at 0° C. in methanol (5 mL) was added sodium borohydride (16.0 mg, 0.42 mmol). The mixture was stirred for 60 minutes. It was then quenched with water (1.0 mL) and concentrated. The residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 111 (32 mg, 32%). MS: [M+H]+ 712.3. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.57 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 8.30 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.94 (s, 1H), 7.80 (s, 1H), 7.58 (s, 2H), 7.41 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.31-7.28 (m, 2H), 7.12 (dd, J=2.5, 8.5 Hz, 1H), 6.82 (d, J=9.0 Hz, 1H), 4.73-4.70 (m, 4H), 4.37 (s, 2H), 3.74-3.72 (m, 1H), 3.71 (s, 3H), 3.56-3.54 (m, 1H), 3.34-3.32 (m, 1H), 3.15-3.13 (m, 2H), 2.58-2.36 (m, 4H), 1.45 (s, 9H), 1.44-1.43 (m, 2H), 0.83 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 3H).
