PROCEDURE

实验过程

A solution of 136d (140 mg, 0.21 mmol) in methanol/dichloromethane (4/4 mL) was added NaBH4 (16 mg, 0.63 mmol). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 h and quenched with water (2 mL). It was then evaporated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 136 (40 mg, 28%) as a white solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 654.3. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.00 (s, 1H), 8.77 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 8.57 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 8.53 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 1H), 8.25 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 1H), 7.90 (d, J=1.5 Hz, 1H), 7.78 (d, J=1.0 Hz, 1H), 7.65-7.63 (m, 1H), 7.59 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 1H), 7.53 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 7.37 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 4.91-4.89 (m, 1H), 4.45-4.39 (m, 2H), 4.17-4.13 (m, 1H), 3.79-3.67 (m, 2H), 3.58-3.53 (m, overlap, 5H), 3.41-3.36 (m, 1H), 3.29-3.25 (m, 1H), 1.39 (s, 9H), 1.22 (d, J=7.5 Hz, 3H).
