Prepared from 6-benzenesulfonyl-1-bromo-4-hydroxy-isoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid butyl ester and CuCN in analogy to example 29a. Crude product was purified by silica gel chromatography (2%-20% ethyl acetate in methylene chloride) to give the title compound (49% yield). MS-(+)-ion: M+1=411.30.
