Reaction Steps
To a solution of compound 11c (705 mg, 1.91 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (4 mL) was added trifluoroacetic acid (1.5 mL) at room temperature. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 h. The resulting mixture was concentrated to give compound 11d (603.3 mg) as a white solid. MS m/z (M+H+) 270.1.
