Reaction Steps
(1-Methyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)(4-(3-(2-(trimethylsilyl)ethynyl)pyridin-2-yloxy)phenyl)methanone (0.19 g, 0.44 mmol) and potassium carbonate (0.12 g, 0.88 mmol) was suspended in 1 mL MeOH. The mixture was stirred for 2 h at RT. Purification by prep-plate TLC (10% MeOH/DCM) afforded (4-(3-ethynylpyridin-2-yloxy)phenyl)(1-methyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)methanone. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 354.0 (M+1). IC50 (uM) +++.
