Reaction Steps
(5-Methanesulfonyl-1-methyl-1H-benzoimidazol-2-yl)-(6-trifluoromethoxy-benzothiazol-2-yl)-amine (72 mg) was prepared by following General Procedure D starting from 4-methanesulfonyl-N1-methyl-benzene-1,2-diamine (50 mg), 2-amino-6-(trifluoromethoxy)benzothiazole (59 mg), 1,1′-thiocarbonyl-diimidazole (44 mg), and EDC (48 mg). LC/MS: m/z 444.
