Reaction Steps
2-(6-Chloro-benzothiazol-2-ylamino)-1-methyl-1H-benzoimidazole-5-carboxylic acid [1-(2-hydroxy-ethyl)piperidin-4-ylmethyl]-amide (35 mg) was prepared by following General Procedure P starting from 2-(6-chloro-benzothiazol-2-ylamino)-1-methyl-1H-benzoimidazole-5-carboxylic acid (piperidin-4-ylmethyl)-amide dihydrochloride (135 mg), [1,4]dioxane-2,5-dio (65 mg), and Na(OAc)3BH (95 mg) in DCM (2 mL). LC/MS: m/z 498.5.
