2-(6-Chloro-benzothiazol-2-ylamino)-1-methyl-1H-benzoimidazole-5-carboxylic acid ((R)-1-methyl-pyrrolidin-3-yl)-amide (42 mg) was prepared by following General Procedure P starting from 2-(6-chloro-benzothiazol-2-ylamino)-1-methyl-1H-benzoimidazole-5-carboxylic acid (R)-pyrrolidin-3-ylamide dihydrochloride (51 mg), 37% formaldehyde (500 uL), and Na(OAc)3BH (40 mg) in DCM (500 uL). LC/MS: m/z 440.5.
