Reaction Steps
(2-{[2-(6-Chloro-benzothiazol-2-ylamino)-1-methyl-1H-benzoimidazole-5-carbonyl]-amino}-ethyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (290 mg) was prepared by following General Procedure F using 2-(6-chloro-benzothiazol-2-ylamino)-1-methyl-1H-benzoimidazole-5-carboxylic acid (300 mg), (2-amino-ethyl)-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (147 mg), HBTU (380 mg), and DIEA (219 uL).
