Reaction Steps
(S)-2-{[1-Methyl-2-(6-trifluoromethyl-benzothiazol-2-ylamino)-1H-benzoimidazole-5-carbonyl]-amino}-propionic acid methyl ester (863 mg) was prepared by following General Procedure F starting from 1-methyl-2-(6-trifluoromethyl-benzothiazol-2-ylamino)-1H-benzoimidazole-5-carboxylic acid (750 mg), L-alanine methyl ester hydrochloride (293 mg), HBTU (870 mg), and DIEA (500 uL).
