Following General Procedure D above using N-(3,5-difluorophenylacetyl)-L-alanine (Example B) and 5-amino-5,7-dihydro-6H-dibenzo[a,c]cyclohepten-6-ol hydrochloride (Example 2-A), the title compound was prepared as a colorless solid. The product was purified by flash chromatography using 98:2 CHCl3/MeOH.
