Reaction Steps
A mixture of the compound obtained in Example 66 (391 mg, 0.80 mmol), sulfamide (1.54 g, 16.0 mmol), 2-propanol (20 mL) and distilled water (10 mL) was stirred under reflux for 4 days. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, and to the concentrate was added a saturated aqueous solution of sodium hydrogen carbonate. The mixture was extracted with dichloromethane. The organic layer was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate and concentrated under reduced pressure. The concentrate was subjected to column chromatography (silica gel 10 g, ethyl acetate/methanol=1/0 to 9/1), and the desired fraction was concentrated under reduced pressure. To the concentrate were added diethyl ether and ethyl acetate, and the resulting precipitates were collected by filtration. The precipitates were washed with diethyl ether, and dried under reduced pressure to give the titled compound (230 mg, 0.41 mmol, Yield 51%) as white crystals.
