The title compound was prepared from (2R)-2-[(2-amino-5-mercapto[1,3]thiazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-7-yl)amino]-4-methylpentan-1-ol (16.5 g, 55.3 mmol) and 1-[(1R)-1-chloroethyl]-3-(methylsulfonyl)benzene (12.1 g, 55.3 mmol) using general method A.
