Procedure
Using a procedure similar to that described in Example 1, except using 2-amino-3-(6-bromo-3-methoxy-2H-indazol-2-yl)-2-methylpropionitrile (50 mg, described in Example 118) and 4-trifluoromethylthiobenzoyl chloride, the title compound was isolated as a white solid (80 mg, 96%). MS (ES): M/Z [M+H]=513. 1H NMR: (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): 1.71 (s, 3H), 4.19 (s, 3H), 4.77 (d, 1H), 4.89 (d, 1H), 6.97 (dd, J=9.1, 1.5 Hz, 1H), 7.68 (d, J=0.9 Hz, 1H), 7.83 (d, J=9.1 Hz, 1H), 7.86-7.91 (m, 2H), 7.94-7.99 (m, 2H) and 9.00 (s, 1H). 19F NMR (376 MHz, DMSO-d6): −41.9 (s, 3F).
