The title compound was prepared according to the procedure of Example 4, step E, using N′-hydroxy-4-({3-[(methylsulfonyl)amino]propyl}amino)-1,2,5-oxadiazole-3-carboximidamide [made according to Example 4, steps A through D] and 3-chloro-4-fluoroaniline [Aldrich, product #228583] as the starting materials in 10% yield. LCMS for C13H17ClFN6O4S (M+H)+: m/z=407.1 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD): δ 7.06 (t, J=8.9 Hz, 1H), 6.98 (m, 1H), 6.80 (m, 1H), 3.73 (m, 2H), 3.28 (m, 2H), 2.94 (s, 3H), 1.28 (m, 2H).
