The compound was synthesized starting from 1H-benzo[d]imidazol-5-amine (0.80 g, 6.01 mmol), 4-(3,3-difluoropyrrolidin-1-yl)benzaldehyde (1.39 g, 6.0 1 mmol), mono-tert-butyl malonate (0.96 g, 6.01 mmol), 1-isocyano-2-methylpropan-2-yl methyl carbonate (1.03 g, 6.61 mmol) and sodium tert.-butoxide (1.04 g, 9.33 mmol) according to method 5.
