The title compound was prepared from 5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-7-trifluoromethyl-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxylic acid (example C.4) (171 mg, 0.5 mmol) and N-hydroxy-3-sulfamoyl-benzamidine [CAS-No. 9000-88-7] (161 mg, 0.75 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained after purification by column chromatography (dichloromethane/MeOH/NH4OH) and crystallization (dichloromethane) as a light yellow solid (200 mg, 77%). MS (ISP) 521.2 [(M+H)+]; mp 247° C.
