The title compound was prepared from 5-(4-chloro-phenyl)-7-cyclopropyl-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxylic acid (example C.28) (157 mg, 0.5 mmol) and N-hydroxy-5-sulfamoyl-thiophene-2-carboxamidine (example B.2) (166 mg, 0.75 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained after purification by flash chromatography (ethyl acetate/heptane) and crystallization (ethyl acetate/dichloromethane) as a light brown solid (130 mg, 52%). MS (EI) 498.1 [(M)+]; mp 294° C.
