The title compound was prepared from 7-trifluoromethyl-5-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxylic acid (example C.2) (188 mg, 0.5 mmol) 2-amino-N-hydroxy-pyrimidine-5-carboxamidine (example B.5) (115 mg, 0.75 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained after purification by flash chromatography (ethyl acetate/heptane) and crystallization (dichloromethane/MeOH) as a yellow solid (160 mg, 65%). MS (ISP) 493.3 [(M+H)+]; mp 254° C.
