The title compound was prepared from 7-trifluoromethyl-5-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxylic acid (example C.2) (188 mg, 0.5 mmol) and 2-amino-N-hydroxy-pyridine-4-carboxamidine (example B.6) (114 mg, 0.75 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained after purification by flash chromatography on silica gel (ethyl acetate/heptane) and crystallization (dichloromethane/hexane) as a yellow solid (162 mg, 66%). MS (ISP) 492.1 [(M+H)+]; mp 277° C.
