The title compound was prepared from 6-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-3-carboxylic acid (example C.35) (153 mg, 0.5 mmol) and 2-amino-N-hydroxy-pyridine-4-carboxamidine (example B.6) (114 mg, 0.75 mmol) according to general procedure II. Obtained after purification by column chromatography on silica gel (dichloromethane/MeOH 16:1)) and crystallization (MeOH/dichloromethane/hexane) as an off-white solid (80 mg, 38%). MS (EI) 422.9 [(M)+]; mp 280° C.
