Following the procedure described above for the synthesis of compound 5d (scheme 4), but replacing acid 1 with the acid 205, title compound 204 was obtained in 40% yield. 1HNMR (DMSO-d6) δ(ppm): 10.72 (s, 1H), 8.49 (d, J=5.7 Hz, 1H), 8.06 (d, J=1.0 Hz, 1H), 7.96-7.90 (m, 2H), 7.72 (s, 1H), 7.67-7.65 (m, 2H), 7.53-7.49 (m, 2H), 7.41-7.37 (m, 2H), 7.16 (t, J=7.2 Hz, 1H), 6.70 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 4.06 (q, 2H), 3.93 (m, 2H), 3.77 (t, J=8.2 Hz, 1H), 4.42 (m, 2H), 1.40 (t, 3H). MS (m/z): 542.0 (M+H).
