Equal amounts of octanol and a phosphate buffer were mixed together and [125I]I-BzA-TBOA was added thereto. After repeatedly shaking for 1 minute and allowing to stand for 1 minute three times, the mixture was allowed to stand for 20 minutes. After repeating this procedure three times, it was centrifuged (1,000×g, 10 min, 4° C.) and the radioactivity of each layer was measured. Thus, the partition coefficient was calculated (Table 1).
