Reaction Steps
The sub-title compound was prepared in accordance with step (a) Example 24 from 1-(4-isopropoxyphenyl)-2-ethoxycarbonylmethyl-5-hydroxyindole-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester (212 mg, 0.50 mmol, see (b) Example 12) and 3-trifluoromethoxyphenylboronic acid. Yield 142 mg (48%).
