2-[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-N-{4-(4-fluoro-2-methylphenyl)-6-[(3S,8aR)-3-(hydroxymethyl)hexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazin-2(1H)-yl]-3-pyridinyl}-N,2-dimethyl propanamide (E81, 25 mg, 0.038 mmol) was converted to its hydrochloride as reported above in the procedure for 2-[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-N-{4-(4-fluoro-2-methylphenyl)-6-[(3R,8aR)-3-(hydroxymethyl)hexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazin-2(1H)-yl]-3-pyridinyl}-N,2-dimethylpropanamide Hydrochloride (E80). Obtained 26 mg of the title compound.
