The title compound was prepared from tert-butyl 4-[2-(4-methanesulfonylphenoxymethyl)pyridin-5-yl]piperidine-1-carboxylate (Example 1) (50 mg, 0.11 mmol) and 5-pentyl-2-bromopyrimidine (37 μL, 0.22 mmol) following a procedure analogous to that in Example 48 as a white crystal (35 mg, yield 64%).
