Reaction Steps
6-chloro-N-(4-chloro-3-(3-chlorobenzamido)phenyl)nicotinamide (0.16 mmol) was used in general procedure 3 with 1-acetylpiperazine (0.83 mmol). The product was purified by RP-HPLC to give 6-(4-acetylpiperazin-1-yl)-N-(4-chloro-3-(3-chlorobenzamido)phenyl))phenyl)nicotinamide. MS (Q1) 512.0 (M)+
