6-chloro-N-(4-chloro-3-(3-fluorobenzamido)phenyl)nicotinamide (0.117 mmol) was used in general procedure 3 with 2,6-dimethylpiperazine (0.35 mmol). The product was purified by RP-HPLC to give N-(4-chloro-3-(3-fluorobenzamido)phenyl))-6-(3S,5R)-3-5-dimethylpiperazine-1-yl)nicotinamide. MS (Q1) 482.1 (M)+
