Procedure

2,2-Dimethylpropyl 4-(4-aminopyridin-2-yl)-1-piperazinecarboxylate (105 mg) obtained in Example 20 was dissolved in pyridine (2 mL), acetic anhydride (0.1 mL) was added thereto, and stirred at room temperature for 3 hours, and the reaction liquid was diluted with chloroform, washed with saturated sodium hydrogencarbonate and saturated saline water, and dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate. The solvent was evaporated away, and the resulting residue was isolated and purified through thin-layer silica gel chromatography (chloroform/methanol=19/1) to obtain 52 mg of the entitled compound as a colorless oil.
