Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in accordance with the general method of Example 1, from 2-bromopyridine (110 mg, 0.69 mmol) and 2-(but-3-ynyl)benzo[d]oxazol-7-ol (130 mg, 0.69 mmol). The crude residue was purified by flash chromatography (DCM/MeOH 98:2) to yield 10 mg (38 μmol, 5%) of 2-(4-(pyridin-2-yl)but-3-ynyl)benzo[d]oxazol-7-ol.
