Following the procedure as described in PREPARATION 1D, and making non-critical variations to replace 4-bromo-3-hydroxy-3-(6-hydroxy-1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-1-pentyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-one with 2-{3-[3-hydroxy-3-(6-hydroxy-1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-indol-1-yl]propyl}-1H-isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione, the title compound was obtained (94%): 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3,) δ 7.81-7.78 (m, 2H), 7.70-7.67 (m, 2H), 7.32-7.27 (m, 2H), 7.12-7.07 (m, 1H), 6.90-6.87 (m, 1H), 6.54 (s, 1H), 6.45 (s, 1H), 5.86 (dd, 2H), 4.82 (s, 1H), 3.96-3.66 (m, 4H), 2.17-2.04 (m, 2H); MS (ES+) m/z 457.0 (M+1).
