Following the procedure as described in PREPARATION 2B, and making non-critical variations to replace 1-(2-cyclopropylethyl)-1H-indole-2,3-dione with 1-pentyl-1H-indole-2,3-dione, and 1,3-benzodioxol-5-ol with 2-methyl-1,3-benzothiazol-5-ol, the title compound was obtained (81%) as a colorless solid: 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.90 (br, 1H), 9.05 (br, 1H), 7.78 (d, 1H), 7.25 (dd, 1H), 7.10-6.95 (m, 2H), 6.90-6.80 (m, 2H), 3.81-3.58 (m, 2H), 2.75 (br, 3H), 1.80-1.60 (m, 2H), 1.50-1.31 (m, 4H), 0.90 (t, 3H); MS (ES+) m/z 383.4 (M+1).
