Following a similar procedure to that described in reference example 1 section a, but using acetyl chloride instead of 4-fluorobenzoyl chloride and 2-(2-aminoethyl)-4,6-bis(4-fluorophenyl)-5-(4-pyridyl)pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine (obtained in example 90) instead of N,O-dimethylhydroxylamine, the desired compound was obtained (yield: 48%).
