The title compound was prepared from a Suzuki coupling of 4-Methyl-2-(5-trifluoromethanesulfonyloxy-4′-trifluoromethyl-biphenyl-3-yl)-pentanoic acid ethyl ester (intermediate Example 1g) with 3,5-bis-trifluoromethyl-phenylboronic acid under the conditions described in Example 1; 1H NMR (400 MHz, CHLOROFORM-D) δ ppm 0.94-1.01 (m, 6H), 1.54-1.65 (m, 1H), 1.79 (ddd, J=13.82, 7.09, 6.97 Hz, 1H), 2.04-2.15 (m, 1H), 3.85 (t, J=7.70 Hz, 1H), 7.56 (d, J=1.71 Hz, 1H), 7.64 (s, 1H), 7.67 (t, J=1.59 Hz, 1H), 7.73 (s, 4H), 7.90 (s, 1H), 8.02 (s, 2H).
