The title compound was prepared from a Suzuki coupling of 4-Methyl-2-(5-trifluoromethanesulfonyloxy-4′-trifluoromethyl-biphenyl-3-yl)-pentanoic acid ethyl ester (intermediate Example 1g) with 3-trifluoromethyl-phenylboronic acid under the conditions described in Example 1; 1H NMR (400 MHz, CHLOROFORM-D) δ ppm 0.88-0.99 (m, 6H), 1.53-1.63 (m, 1H), 1.78 (ddd, J=13.82, 7.09, 6.97 Hz, 1H), 2.0-2.15 (m, 1H), 3.83 (t, J=7.70 Hz, 1H), 7.56-7.61 (m, 3H) 7.63-7.74 (m, 6H) 7.74-7.86 (m, 2H); Calcd for C26H22F6O2 (M+H) 481.44, Found 481.
