The title compound was prepared in analogy to the procedure described in Step 14.1 but stirring the reaction mixture for 20 h at rt, using 6-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)-pyridin-3-ylamine (prepared as described in Example 33 but using N-methyl-piperazine in Step 33.2) and 8-benzo[b]thiophen-3-yl-quinoxaline-5-carboxylic acid (Example 59). Title compound: ESI-MS: 481.0 [M+H]+; tR=3.81 min (System 1); TLC: Rf=0.40 (DCM/MeOH, 9:1).
