1.37 g (3.3 mmol) of 2-[2-(4-cyanophenyl)-ethyl]-1-methyl-5-naphth-1-ylmethylamino-benzimidazole obtained from Example 1, step d was dissolved in 20 mL of dichloromethane at ambient temperature [and] 0.40 g (3.0 mmol) of benzyl isocyanate are added dropwise to the solution. The mixture was then stirred for 6 h at 50° C. and left to stand overnight. The solution was evaporated down in vacuo using the rotary evaporator and purified by column chromatography on silica gel.
