The same operation as in Example (22b) was performed using cis(±)-N-(1-carbamothioyl-3-ethoxypiperidin-4-yl)-4-chloro-5-ethyl-1H-imidazole-2-carboxamide obtained in Example (76b) (104 mg, 0.29 mmol) and butyl 3-bromo-2-oxopentanoate obtained by the method described in Example (110a) (113 mg, 0.45 mmol), to obtain 132.1 mg of the title compound (89%).
