Reaction Steps
In a manner similar to Example 21, 840 mg. of 3-carboxy-4-oxo-4H-pyrimido[2,1-b]benzothiazole, 535 mg. of 1,1'-carbonyldiimidazole and 281 mg. of 5-aminotetrazole in 35 ml. of dimethylformamide gives the desired product, which can be purified by recrystallization from dimethylformamide.
