Procedure

Prepared as in Example 46 from 2-chloro-N,N-dimethylquinazolin-4-amine (Example 40) and thiourea. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ3.31 (s, 6H), 7.24-7.19 (m, 1H), 7.40-7.38 (m, 1H), 7.65-7.61 (m, 1H), 8.00 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 12.35 (s, 1H). MS 206 (MH+).
