Reaction Steps
Prepared as in Example 53a from 6-aminobenzo[d][1,3]dioxole-5-carbonitrile and benzoyl isocyanate as a yellow solid (157 mg, 82%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ6.19 (s, 2H), 7.42 (s, 1H), 7.54 (t, J=8 Hz, 2H), 7.66 (t, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.74 (s, 1H), 8.03 (d, J=9.2 Hz, 2H), 11.32 (d, J=12.8 Hz, 2H). MS 309 (MH+).
