Reaction Steps
2.0 g of Boc-Tyr-(D)Ala-Gly-Phe-methioninol are dissolved in 20 ml of TFA-CH2Cl2 (1:1) and left to stand for 30 minutes at 0°. After reducing the volume under vacuum, the title compound is precipitated with ether and filtered off. The title compound is obtained as an amorphous salt.
