The title compound was prepared from 8-(6-bromo-benzo[1,3]dioxol-5-ylsulfanyl)-9H-purin-6-ylamine and 1-(2-bromo-ethyl)-3-nitro-benzene by a procedure similar to examples 1 and 2. The compound was purified by preparative HPLC. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 8.29 (s, 1H), 7.99-7.95 (m, 1H), 7.56-7.42 (m, 2H), 7.33 (s, 1H), 7.10-7.05 (m, 1H), 6.72 (s, 1H), 6.10 (s, 2H), 4.60 (t, J=6.9 Hz, 2H), 3.36 (t, J=7.0 Hz, 2H); LC-MS [M+H]+ 516.0.
