The title compound was synthesized in a similar manner as described for Example 1.1 using 8-bromo-3-methyl-1-(2-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-1,3-dihydro-imidazo[4,5-c]quinolin-2-one (Intermediate E, 58 mg, 0.163 mmol) and 2-trifluoromethylpyridine-5-boronic acid (Frontier Scientific, Logan, USA, 40.5 mg, 0.212 mmol) to give the title compound as a red solid. (HPLC: tR 2.87 min (Method A); M+H=425 MS-ES; 1H-NMR (d6-DMSO, 400 MHz) 9.08 (s, 1H), 8.82 (d, 1H), 8.27-8.16 (m, 2H), 8.10-7.98 (m, 2H), 7.82 (d, 1H), 7.18-7.16 (m, 1H), 6.72 (s, 1H), 3.72 (s, 3H), 3.63 (s, 3H))
