The title compound was synthesized in a similar manner as described for Example 1.1 using 8-bromo-1-(1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-3-ethyl-1,3-dihydro-imidazo[4,5-c]quinolin-2-one (stage 245.1.1) and 3-aminopyridine-5-boronic acid pinacol ester (Apollo Scientific, Cheshire, United Kingdom) to give the title compound as a white solid. (HPLC: tR 2.02 min (Method A); M+H=400 MS-ES; 1H-NMR (d6-DMSO, 400 MHz) 9.02 (s, 1H), 8.15 (s, 1H), 8.12-8.07 (m, 1H), 7.94-7.91 (m, 1H), 7.81-7.76 (m, 2H), 7.54-7.51 (m, 1H), 7.03-7.00 (m, 1H), 5.44 (s, 2H), 4.11 (q, 2H), 3.91 (s, 3H), 1.94 (s, 3H), 1.35 (t, 3H))
